Polaris Corporate Services is a regulated Trust and Corporate Service Provider operating under licence from the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism. From our operational base in the Dubai International Financial Centre, we serve an international client base spanning entrepreneurs, family offices, investment funds, and multinational corporations.
Founded in 2018 by Olena Kysla and Mohanad Al Meshal, Polaris was established to address a persistent gap in the corporate services market: the need for genuinely independent, multi-jurisdictional advisory that prioritises structural integrity over transaction volume.
Our advisory encompasses the full lifecycle of cross-border enterprise — from initial structuring and jurisdictional selection through ongoing compliance, tax optimisation, fiduciary governance, and eventual transaction or succession. We maintain operational capability across the UAE, Cyprus, and Switzerland.
Our Credentials
Polaris holds a Trust and Corporate Service Provider licence issued by the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism — a regulatory credential that the majority of market participants cannot claim. This licence authorises the firm to act as trustee, nominee, registered agent, and corporate service provider across the full spectrum of fiduciary and administrative functions.
We are additionally recognised as a Gold Partner of Meydan Free Zone, reflecting a sustained commitment to quality of service and regulatory compliance within the UAE free zone ecosystem.
